DENTAL HYGIENE VIRTUAL TRADE SHOW BOOTH AGREEMENT


We will provide a virtual booth through the Whova app with multiple features for exhibitors to share information and interact. The total cost for each booth is $400.00, payable to NYDHA.
The $400 fee covers both days of the conference.


PLEASE NOTE: Payment is necessary in order to receive the credentials to provide the company profile and virtual booth on the conference app.

As an exhibitor, I understand that no virtual booth shall be for more than one exhibitor, no subletting is allowed and written requests for return of booth fee will only be accepted up to 60 days prior to the conference.
